We aim to fulfil all orders within 48 hours from the time an order was placed. Occasionally, due to high demand, some sizes may sellout. In this case, you will be placed on backorder and we will ship your order as soon as we restock. If you place an order during a weekend period (12:01AM Friday - 11:59PM Sunday) or public holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day.
Free standard shipping is available for all Australian customers. This shipping option includes tracking and takes from 5-7 business days (estimation). Alternatively, $5 express shipping with tracking is available at your discretion. Express shipping will take 2-4 business days (estimation). The Wing Eyeliner is not responsible for any delays or inaccuracies related to estimated shipping times. These are estimates given by the shipping companies and can vary from time to time.
We ship to anywhere in the world. All orders outside of Australia are charged a $7 AUD (~$5 USD) standard shipping fee. All Shipping times for orders outside of Australia will vary based on your location and shipping carrier and can vary from 5-15 business days. Please note, all associated duties, fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not regulated by The Wing Eyeliner or collected by us. Due to the value of the products sold by us, our shipments are generally considered "low value shipments" are are unlikely to face any duties or taxes when being shipped to your specific regions. Once items have been delivered to the address provided by the customer, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to claim any damaged, late or stolen items through the relevant postal provider.
